Each day will follow the same format:

| 3pm – 6pm | Free-format pushing hands |
Everyone is welcome whatever your style, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.

Where?
The workshops and free-format pushing hands will take place on the cliff top overlooking the sea. The map below shows the location:

We will meet on the grass at the south end of Durley Gardens; on the map above, Durley Gardens is marked with an ‘A’ and the meeting spot is marked with a green arrow.
