Mornings – Free-format pushing hands, with instruction
Karel will be on hand and depending on their level of experience, participants will have an opportunity to learn and improve free style pushing hands, single and double pushing hands, pushing hands with steps and yiquan pushing hands.
Eva will be teaching total beginners how to progress from simple pushing hand patterns to free style pushing hands.
Afternoons – Free-format pushing hands
In the afternoon we will practise pushing hands in pairs, changing partner every 10 minutes.
You are free to practise whatever you like, whether it’s something covered in the morning workshops or something completely different, as long as your partner agrees!
Please respect your partner’s wishes about how rough the practice should be, and take into account his or her ability level, or any injuries which may affect what you do.
